Et de fa\u00e7on accessoire, les ustensiles, emballages et conditionnements entrant en contact avec ces produits sont scrut\u00e9s\u2026 Verdict ?<\/p>\n<h2>Emballages alimentaires : pr\u00e8s de 20 % de non-conformit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>La Direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la concurrence, de la consommation et de la r\u00e9pression des fraudes (DGCCRF) a men\u00e9 une enqu\u00eate d\u2019ampleur aupr\u00e8s des fabricants, importateurs, distributeurs et restaurateurs afin d\u2019appr\u00e9cier la conformit\u00e9 des mat\u00e9riaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 entrer en contact avec les denr\u00e9es alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Il en ressort un nombre important de non-conformit\u00e9s puisque pr\u00e8s de 20 % des produits analys\u00e9s par la Direction pr\u00e9sentaient des d\u00e9fauts.<\/p>\n<p>En cause, des probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des plastiques, c\u00e9ramiques et cartons utilis\u00e9s (boites \u00e0 pizzas notamment), souvent import\u00e9s et non respectueux des l\u00e9gislations sanitaires en place.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate d\u00e9montre \u00e9galement une m\u00e9connaissance g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9e \u00e0 tous les niveaux de la cha\u00eene des obligations qui incombent \u00e0 chacun au regard de ces mat\u00e9riaux destin\u00e9s \u00e0 entrer en contact avec les denr\u00e9es alimentaires et, par cons\u00e9quent, des niveaux de vigilance et d\u2019auto-contr\u00f4les insuffisants.<\/p>\n<p>La DGCCRF a conclu cette enqu\u00eate en d\u00e9livrant un nombre important d\u2019avertissements, en proc\u00e9dant \u00e0 des saisies et en dressant des proc\u00e8s-verbaux.<\/p>\n<div>Sources :  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.economie.gouv.fr\/dgccrf\/barquettes-plastiques-boites-pizza-encore-trop-de-recipients-et-emballages-alimentaires-non\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Actualit\u00e9 de la DGCCRF du 19 f\u00e9vrier 2024 : \u00ab Barquettes plastiques, boites \u00e0 pizza : encore trop de r\u00e9cipients et emballages alimentaires non conformes \u00bb<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weblex.fr\/weblex-actualite\/conditionnement-des-aliments-une-enquete-laissant-un-gout-amer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Conditionnement des aliments : une enqu\u00eate laissant un go\u00fbt amer<\/a> &#8211; \u00a9 Copyright WebLex<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weblex.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/actualites\/images\/embalim.jpg\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La qualit\u00e9 des produits alimentaires devient une pr\u00e9occupation de plus en plus importante pour nombre de consommateurs.
