Pour le contester, employeur et salari\u00e9 disposent d\u2019un d\u00e9lai de 15 jours pour saisir le juge. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut, cet avis s\u2019impose \u00e0 tous\u2026y compris au juge\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Pas de contestation du licenciement sans recours pr\u00e9alable contre l\u2019avis erron\u00e9 !<\/h2>\n<p>Un salari\u00e9 est licenci\u00e9 pour inaptitude, ce qu\u2019il conteste. Pourquoi ?
