Location meubl\u00e9e touristique : professionnel ou particulier ?<\/h2>\n

Depuis le 1er janvier 2021, les plateformes Web qui publient des offres de location meubl\u00e9e touristique doivent indiquer si l\u2019offre \u00e9mane d\u2019un professionnel ou d\u2019un particulier.<\/p>\n

Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, si l\u2019offre \u00e9mane d\u2019un professionnel, la publication doit comporter la mention \u00ab annonce professionnelle \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Et si l\u2019offre \u00e9mane d\u2019un particulier, la publication doit comporter la mention \u00ab annonce d\u2019un particulier \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ces mentions doivent \u00eatre affich\u00e9es dans des conditions de visibilit\u00e9 et de lisibilit\u00e9 suffisantes.<\/p>\n
