Est-il possible de la suivre \u00e0 distance ?<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>CHR : une formation \u00e0 l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne\u2026 \u00e0 distance ?<\/h2>\n<p>Pour rappel, l\u2019hygi\u00e8ne est l\u2019un des sujets les plus sensibles en mati\u00e8re de restauration : elle est strictement r\u00e9glement\u00e9e et le suivi d\u2019une formation est une obligation.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, il \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu que seule une formation en pr\u00e9sence des personnes concern\u00e9es \u00e9tait autoris\u00e9e.
