Retardataires, suivez le guide !<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Professionnels du courtage : pensez \u00e0 adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 une association agr\u00e9\u00e9e par l\u2019ACPR !<\/h2>\n<p>Le courtage en assurances, ainsi que le courtage en op\u00e9rations de banque et en services de paiement ont fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une r\u00e9forme qui est entr\u00e9e en vigueur le 1er avril 2022.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019Autorit\u00e9 de contr\u00f4le prudentiel et de r\u00e9solution (ACPR) rappelle \u00e0 ce titre l\u2019obligation d\u2019adh\u00e9rer \u00e0 l\u2019une des <a href=\"https:\/\/acpr.banque-france.fr\/autoriser\/associations-de-courtiers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">associations agr\u00e9\u00e9es<\/a>. Sont concern\u00e9s (y compris leurs mandataires respectifs), les personnes suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les courtiers en assurances ;<\/li>\n<li>les courtiers en op\u00e9rations de banque et services de paiement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Si cette nouvelle obligation n\u2019est pas respect\u00e9e, les demandes d\u2019immatriculation ou de renouvellement d\u2019immatriculation de ces professionnels ne seront pas accept\u00e9es par l\u2019ORIAS (Organisme pour le registre des interm\u00e9diaires en assurance).
