Les entreprises concern\u00e9es doivent, dans ce cadre, justifier de leurs vertus \u2026 Comment ?<\/p>\n

Comment prouver les bienfaits environnementaux de votre entreprise ?<\/h2>\n

Le r\u00e8glement europ\u00e9en dit \u00ab Taxonomie \u00bb ambitionne d\u2019identifier et de mettre en avant les entreprises les plus en ad\u00e9quation avec la politique europ\u00e9enne de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de carbone et de pr\u00e9servation de l\u2019environnement.<\/p>\n

Mais pour faire partie de ces entreprises dites \u00ab durables \u00bb, il est n\u00e9cessaire de d\u00e9montrer cette ad\u00e9quation en prouvant que l\u2019on contribue, de fa\u00e7on substantielle, a au moins un des objectifs environnementaux de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne, sans pour autant porter pr\u00e9judices aux autres.<\/p>\n

Pour ce faire, les entreprises doivent publier des indicateurs de durabilit\u00e9. C\u2019est ce que l\u2019on appelle l\u2019obligation de \u00ab reporting \u00bb.<\/p>\n

La Commission europ\u00e9enne a publi\u00e9 deux foires aux questions qui doivent permettre aux professionnels de mieux comprendre cette obligation de reporting et ses modalit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

Le premier <\/a>de ces documents (disponible en anglais) aborde des questions g\u00e9n\u00e9rales li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019application des dispositions l\u00e9gales de ce r\u00e8glement.<\/p>\n

Le second <\/a>(\u00e9galement disponible en anglais) s\u2019attache \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux questions en rapport avec la contribution des entreprises aux objectifs environnementaux de l\u2019Union europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n
