A raison ?<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2> R\u00e9siliation d\u2019un bail : attention \u00e0 la r\u00e9daction du contrat !<\/h2>\n<p>Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 loue un local commercial dans lequel elle exploite son fonds de commerce.<\/p>\n<p>Mais \u00e0 la suite de plusieurs infiltrations, elle cesse d\u2019exploiter son fonds, et quitte les lieux en r\u00e9clamant la r\u00e9siliation du bail aux torts du bailleur.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Mes torts ?
