{"id":6332,"date":"2022-07-29T05:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-07-29T03:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cabinet-magar.fr\/actualites\/controle-technique-des-2-3-roues-et-quadricycles-a-moteur-suite-et-fin\/"},"modified":"2022-07-29T05:50:00","modified_gmt":"2022-07-29T03:50:00","slug":"controle-technique-des-2-3-roues-et-quadricycles-a-moteur-suite-et-fin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cabinet-magar.fr\/de\/actualites\/controle-technique-des-2-3-roues-et-quadricycles-a-moteur-suite-et-fin\/","title":{"rendered":"Contr\u00f4le technique des 2, 3 roues et quadricycles \u00e0 moteur : suite (et fin ?)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p >Repouss\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs reprises, le contr\u00f4le technique de certains v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 moteur (2, 3 roues ou quadricycles) qui devait finalement \u00eatre mis en place le 1er octobre 2022 au plus tard, semble avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9finitivement abrog\u00e9\u2026 Pour le moment en tout cas\u2026<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Contr\u00f4le technique des 2, 3 roues et quadricycles \u00e0 moteur : stop ou encore ?<\/h2>\n<p>Le Gouvernement a annonc\u00e9, en ao\u00fbt 2021, la mise en place du contr\u00f4le technique pour les v\u00e9hicules des cat\u00e9gories L (2, 3 roues et quadricycles \u00e0 moteur) pour 2023, alors m\u00eame que la r\u00e9glementation europ\u00e9enne imposait sa mise en place au 1er janvier 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 cela, dans une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conseil-etat.fr\/actualites\/la-mise-en-place-du-controle-technique-des-deux-roues-ne-peut-etre-decalee-au-dela-du-1er-octobre-2022\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9cision rendue en urgence en mai 2022<\/a>, le juge a estim\u00e9 que l\u2019entr\u00e9e en vigueur de ce contr\u00f4le technique ne pouvait pas \u00eatre report\u00e9e au-del\u00e0 du 1er octobre 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Une d\u00e9cision \u00e9cart\u00e9e par le Gouvernement, qui vient d\u2019annoncer la suppression pure et simple de cette mesure. Le contr\u00f4le technique pour ces v\u00e9hicules ne semble donc plus \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 toutes fins utiles, notez que le juge vient de confirmer sa position dans une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conseil-etat.fr\/actualites\/le-conseil-d-etat-juge-illegal-le-report-du-controle-technique-des-deux-roues\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">d\u00e9cision du 27 juillet 2022<\/a>, sans pour autant \u00e9voquer la r\u00e9cente d\u00e9cision du Gouvernement.
