A cette occasion, il d\u00e9couvre, sur la messagerie interne, des mails d\u2019une salari\u00e9e particuli\u00e8rement d\u00e9nigrants envers une coll\u00e8gue\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui est inacceptable pour l\u2019employeur, qui licencie la salari\u00e9e\u2026 Ce qui est inacceptable pour la salari\u00e9e, qui se plaint d\u2019une violation de sa vie priv\u00e9e : il s\u2019agit de mails personnels que l\u2019employeur ne peut pas utiliser pour motiver un licenciement.
