Une convention-cadre nationale pose les bases de cette relation entre les professionnels du transport et l\u2019Assurance maladie. Une nouvelle version vient d\u2019en \u00eatre approuv\u00e9e\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Optimiser et moderniser le transport de patients<\/h2>\n<p>Afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019acc\u00e8s aux soins, les organismes locaux d\u2019assurance maladie peuvent passer des conventions avec des entreprises de taxi afin que celles-ci puissent assurer le transport des patients.<\/p>\n<p>Ces conventions doivent r\u00e9pondre aux exigences d\u2019une convention-cadre nationale dont une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000051605326\" target=\"_blank\">nouvelle version<\/a> vient d\u2019\u00eatre approuv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>En adoptant cette nouvelle convention-cadre, l\u2019Assurance maladie ainsi que les instances repr\u00e9sentatives de la profession de taxi cherchent \u00e9galement \u00e0 simplifier le dispositif et \u00e0 le rendre plus attractif pour les professionnels afin de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 une r\u00e9partition in\u00e9gale et insuffisante des services sur le territoire.<\/p>\n<p>Cette nouvelle convention cadre pr\u00e9voit, entre autres\u202f:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>une augmentation du forfait de prise en charge et son harmonisation partout en France (une majoration existera toujours dans certaines grandes villes)\u202f;<\/li>\n<li>la prise en compte des trajets \u00e0 vide dans le cadre de l\u2019hospitalisation d\u2019un patient\u202f; une facturation pour chaque personne transport\u00e9e au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame trajet\u202f;<\/li>\n<li>le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de facturation en ligne.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les entreprises de taxi pourront signer cette nouvelle convention entre juin et septembre 2025, afin de pouvoir profiter des nouveaux tarifs \u00e0 partir du 1er\u202foctobre 2025.<\/p>\n<div>Sources :  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/id\/JORFTEXT000051605326\" target=\"_blank\">Arr\u00eat\u00e9 du 16 mai 2025 portant approbation de la convention-cadre nationale relative \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement d&#8217;une convention-type entre les entreprises de taxi et les organismes locaux d&#8217;assurance maladie<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.weblex.fr\/weblex-actualite\/taxis-nouvelle-convention-cadre-avec-l-assurance-maladie\" target=\"_blank\">Taxis : nouvelle convention-cadre avec l\u2019assurance maladie <\/a> &#8211; \u00a9 Copyright WebLex<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.weblex.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/actualites\/images\/Shutterstock_taxiassurancemaladie.jpg\"><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les entreprises de taxi conventionn\u00e9es avec l\u2019Assurance maladie peuvent participer au transport de patients et ainsi faciliter leur acc\u00e8s aux soins.
