Et, ici, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 a obtenu de la mairie une extension de sa terrasse, qui s\u2019av\u00e8re tr\u00e8s rentable. Une extension consentie par la mairie sur l\u2019espace public, qui peut revenir sur sa d\u00e9cision \u00e0 tout moment, conteste la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui ne change rien pour le juge : plusieurs conditions permettent le d\u00e9plafonnement du loyer, et la modification des facteurs locaux de commercialit\u00e9 en est une.
