Le but pour l\u2019\u00c9tat \u00e9tant de mieux encadrer la r\u00e9alisation de ces travaux afin de diminuer les risques de propagation d\u2019incendies. Focus sur les conditions d\u2019octroi\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Une aide pour renouveler la for\u00eat tout en pr\u00e9venant des risques d\u2019incendie<\/h2>\n<p>On entend par \u00ab travaux de renouvellement forestier \u00bb ceux permettant la mise en valeur des bois et for\u00eats par le reboisement, la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration naturelle, la r\u00e9duction de densit\u00e9 ou le cloisonnement.<\/p>\n<p>Afin de pouvoir op\u00e9rer un certain contr\u00f4le sur ces travaux et ainsi de favoriser la protection contre les risques d\u2019incendies, l\u2019\u00c9tat propose une aide au renouvellement forestier pour la r\u00e9alisation de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000051553179\/2025-05-06\" target=\"_blank\"> certains travaux<\/a> permettant d\u2019apporter une r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/codes\/article_lc\/LEGIARTI000051553177\/2025-05-06\" target=\"_blank\">situations donn\u00e9es<\/a>, sous r\u00e9serve du respect de certaines conditions par toute personne, physique ou morale, habilit\u00e9e \u00e0 faire ces travaux.<\/p>\n<p>Celles-ci se voient compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par l\u2019ajout de nouvelles conditions.<\/p>\n<p>Pour les op\u00e9rations de reboisement ou de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration naturelle, il est n\u00e9cessaire :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>de diversifier les essences plant\u00e9es pour les op\u00e9rations portant sur plus de 4 hectares (au moins 2 essences entre 4 et 25 ha, au moins 3 au-del\u00e0 de 25 ha) ;<\/li>\n<li>d\u2019adapter le projet \u00e0 la station foresti\u00e8re et \u00e0 sa possible \u00e9volution du fait du changement climatique ;<\/li>\n<li>de respecter les prescriptions du pr\u00e9fet de r\u00e9gion en mati\u00e8re de mat\u00e9riel forestier ;<\/li>\n<li>de respecter les zones pare-feu d\u00e9finies par le repr\u00e9sentant de l\u2019\u00c9tat dans les zones class\u00e9es \u00ab \u00e0 risque d\u2019incendie \u00bb.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La demande d\u2019octroi de l\u2019aide doit \u00eatre accompagn\u00e9e des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legifrance.gouv.fr\/jorf\/article_jo\/JORFARTI000051550623\" target=\"_blank\">documents justificatifs suivants<\/a>. Le montant maximum qu\u2019une personne peut recevoir de cette aide ne peut pas exc\u00e9der 2 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>Il est important de noter que les travaux vis\u00e9s devront \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans les 3 ans suivant l\u2019octroi de l\u2019aide.
