Mais l\u2019administration refuse d\u2019homologuer cette rupture conventionnelle, en raison d\u2019une erreur sur le montant de l\u2019indemnit\u00e9 et sur la date de rupture envisag\u00e9e\u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019employeur corrige alors ces erreurs et renvoie la convention \u00e0 l\u2019administration pour solliciter une nouvelle fois son homologation. Convention qui sera, cette fois, homologu\u00e9e\u2026 \u00ab\u202f\u00c0 tort\u202f!\u202f\u00bb, conteste le salari\u00e9 qui r\u00e9clame l\u2019annulation de cette rupture conventionnelle\u202f: l\u2019employeur aurait d\u00fb l\u2019informer des modifications qu\u2019il a faites sur la convention pour solliciter son accord.
