Qu\u2019en est-il pour le harc\u00e8lement d\u2019une cliente de l\u2019entreprise par un salari\u00e9 via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux\u202f? R\u00e9ponse du juge\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Licenciement\u202f: des messages priv\u00e9s rel\u00e8vent-ils de la vie priv\u00e9e\u202f?<\/h2>\n<p>Le directeur des ventes d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 est licenci\u00e9 pour faute grave, apr\u00e8s la plainte d\u2019une cliente r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, ayant re\u00e7u de sa part des messages insistants \u00e0 connotation sexuelle et sexiste.<\/p>\n<p>Sauf que le salari\u00e9 conteste le bienfond\u00e9 du licenciement\u202f: ces messages priv\u00e9s rel\u00e8vent de sa vie priv\u00e9e puisqu\u2019ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envoy\u00e9s depuis son compte personnel, en dehors du temps et du lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019ailleurs, il rappelle qu\u2019il n\u2019a jamais rencontr\u00e9 personnellement la salari\u00e9e dans un cadre professionnel\u202f!<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u202fFaux\u202f!\u202f\u00bb, r\u00e9fute l\u2019employeur\u202f: cette cliente r\u00e9guli\u00e8re s\u2019est plainte aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019employeur.
