Mais alors, quel impact doit avoir le mi-temps th\u00e9rapeutique sur le calcul de ce salaire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence ? R\u00e9ponse du juge\u2026<\/p>\n<h2>Le salaire de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence doit-il tenir compte du mi-temps th\u00e9rapeutique ?<\/h2>\n<p>Une ex-DRH, en mi-temps th\u00e9rapeutique depuis quelques ann\u00e9es, est licenci\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Elle obtient du juge la requalification de la rupture de son contrat en licenciement d\u00e9pourvu de cause r\u00e9elle et s\u00e9rieuse, lequel entra\u00eene pour elle le versement d\u2019indemnit\u00e9s compensatrices.<\/p>\n<p>Le probl\u00e8me ?
